TCM-DR1000 double rolls recycling shredder is one model of TCM-DR series shredder machine in our factory. Shredder adopt double film shafts design that rotate at a medium speed, low noise and high efficiency without pusher. Adopt SIENMENS LOGO microcomputer control system with function of start, stop, automatic reverse sensors to protect it. Gear box with shock absorber. Hardened teeth on the reducer.Absorbs vibration caused by the shredding operation. Make sure the shredding process to be steady.
It has tow motors of 45Kw. Single shaft shredder consists of a knife disc and a static knife to complete shredding material. Cutter is composed of a base shaft and several shape quadrilateral knife block.
