Rice husk (also known as rice husk) is a layer of shell outside rice. It is generally about 5mm long and has the characteristics of hollow and low density. Due to these characteristics of rice husk, the traditional packaging and bundling methods are not suitable for packaging rice husk, because the rice husk particles are small and will leak out from the bundling gap, resulting in the non forming of the package.
Most rice husk recyclers pack rice husk in plastic bags after compression. The corresponding machine in this way is the compression bagging machine. The rice husk packed by the compression bagging machine can be unpacked manually, and because the rice husk can return to the granular state after unpacking, it is convenient to further recycle in the food or chemical industry to make sugar, alcohol and other products. Due to the relatively fine rice husk, small particle and high original density, the friction between the material and the inner wall of the machine is large in the compression process. A bagging machine with sufficient tonnage shall be selected to ensure the compactness of the final package.
According to our previous experience in rice husk packing, the selected packer shall have a tonnage of at least 60 tons to make a parcel with a weight of about 20kg. If you want a larger package, you need to choose a larger compression chamber and a larger tonnage machine. For example, an 80 ton machine is required to make a 30kg package. The above calculations are based on primary feeding compression. Our horizontal heavy bagging machine is controlled by PLC. There are knobs for primary feeding, secondary feeding and tertiary feeding for customers to set the feeding compression times. The more feeding compression times, the higher the final weight of the package and the more compact the package. However, in terms of packaging efficiency, the number of package blocks produced per unit time will be reduced due to the increase of time for each package.
If rice husk is used as fuel, another machine, briquetting machine, shall be selected. The tonnage of the briquetting machine is very high, ranging from 150 tons to 200 tons. Under high pressure compression, the rice husk can be directly compressed into blocks without further wrapping / winding plastic film. During transportation, there may be a little blanking at the corners of rice husk compacts. Therefore, some customers will use ton bags to put batches of rice husk compacts into bags to prevent blanking. For the packer, under the same cylinder size, the smaller the chamber of the packer, the greater the pressure.
